My yoga journey started in 2011, and a universe full of possibilities has revealed itself to me since.
Within my twelve years of practice & studies and six years of teaching yoga, I discovered the many benefits of this mindful practice.
Yoga helps us reveal our truth and overcome challenges. Yoga reminds me of the connection between the earth's vibration and the cosmos' wisdom.
The multiverse is infinite, and so is yoga, so I design multi-style yoga classes. It is an extraordinary way to balance the practice based on the needs of each group and the energy of the day.
